What does a Balanced Life look like?
Here at the School of Philosophy, we like to think our courses have something to offer when it comes to living a more balanced life.
But we also know - especially through listening to our students - there are many different views on what a balanced life looks like. And just as many ways of achieving it.
So, as part of our celebrations of 50 years of service in Hertfordshire, we thought we'd ask you, our community.
- What for you does "a balanced life" look like?
- What have you discovered or found helpful?
- In what ways are you currently seeking a better balance in your life?
To share experiences, we're hosting an open meeting on Tuesday November 26th at St Albans Girls' School, 7.15-8.45pm.
We won't be pushing any agenda or advocating any particular approach. In fact, we're not planning to say much at all!
This is your chance to share insights and experience with others. Our role is just to facilitate the discussion.
If you wish to share your personal journey, please come along; your stories are invaluable to us.
Or if you just want some inspiration from a supportive and open discussion, you'll be really welcome too!
